“I’ve been to better stocked Nike Outlet Stores, i.e Birmingham and this just seemed like a standard Nike store. Nothing stood out as a bargain as such. Kids Astro Turf trainers for example are cheaper online. Luckily I was visiting this place as it was en route home from visiting in Warrington. Glad I didn’t make a special trip here, I wouldn’t have been happy. I’ve given it 5 stars as I got exceptional customer service from a young man called Dale. Really helped me a lot and recommended the style of Trainers I should go for. My lil boy was also being entertained by a young female sales assistant (didn’t catch her name) whilst she was busy on the shop floor too. This prevented me from having a cranky & bored child whilst I had s mooch around. Thank you to Dale and the young lady (he’ll know who that was). They are the perfect example of great customer service resulting in a great shopping experience. However, the ‘outlet’ prices & the stock need to be reviewed. I didn’t find them a bargain as such. “Great service. I popped in earlier this week as my current shoes were giving me blisters on the soles of my feet. Matthew was very helpful along with his colleague who adjusted the laces in my old shoes to see if that would help my blister problem. I walked away with a very comfortable pair of HOKA shoes at a very good price. Would recommend this shop to anyone.”

“Don't shop I here myself but have spent many an unhappy hour trailing around behind the wife while she perused the racks of bargains, me wishing there was a bar in there or a telly to watch. They should provide hammocks for us tired out husbands or at least a big comfy sofa we can doze on while our wives melt the plastic and splash the cash. The wife and girls like it anyway.”

“Enjoyed a nice walk around the store today. Everything displayed nicely, staff friendly and professional. Went for a bite to eat in the cafe, lovely food. Only snack type items available such as toasties and baked potato etc tempting cakes also.”
