“I was looking for an outfit for my son's wedding. I went Manchester couldn't find anything that I liked. Started to look on Google for place's that catered for mother of the bride or groom. Then I spotted the shop Aubergine .I went to the shop and it said on the door book an appointment on the of chance that they would let me have a look round I rang the bell on the door .a lovely lady answered saying she was just dealing with a customer and would only be 5 minutes she let me in . I didn't even know what I wanted . She started looking around the shop asking me how much I wanted to pay. I tried a few outfits on then she came back to me with a lovely outfit I tried it on it was perfect. I had no idea what I was looking for she even gave me a fascinator to try with the out fit and lent me a pair of shoes . It was fabulous she was so helpful. I left the store with the outfit and the fascinator. She even told me what colour shoes and bag to buy . What a lovely lady so many beautiful outfits to choose from but she found the perfect one for me it fit me like a glove. a big THANK YOU to that lovely lady who found me the perfect outfit I know I'm gonna have a lovely day now . Would highly recommend this store .”

“This must be the nicest shop in Chester. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I rang to ask if I could exchange a coat I had ordered online and Lindis couldn't have been more lovely and helpful . She not only tracked down the right size and put it aside for me, she also remembered our conversation as soon as arrived, helped me decide on best fit, offered to do the paperwork and return the coat that was too large with a trip to the post office herself (as I had used PayPal so couldn't do a straight swop) instead of me having to take it all the way home and do it myself, noticed the discount that was valid , reminded me of another offer when I bought some sale items as well and set me up with a loyalty card which meant I have another voucher for the future. Amazing ! It was so lovely to hear staff be kind and helpful to every customer that came in , even just browsers . Such a refreshing change to have staff genuinely enthusiastic about their job and with real people skills . Denise has done a brilliant job with the ethos of the shop and Lindis is an absolute credit to the Seasalt brand. Well done !”

Prices are really good, i do like that can pay threw out the year to help sort kids out when the due back. “Lovely ladies to help, friendliest store I went into on the day of my visit! Sizes also went up to fit a vast majority of women other than max of size 14 like other so called designers. Dresses were cute and I got exactly what I wanted. I wasn't pestered and staff listened to my needs to help me get that ideal dress. “A busy shop that’s crammed with products… This shop is great for anyone who’s a fan of Calvin Klein, there’s a wide range of products for both men and women with some brilliant savings to be had - even sale products on top of the already discounted outlet prices. The staff were very attentive, making sure the shop floor was kept tidy at all times and organising racks to make sure everything looked presentable. There’s a lot of sales racks and product stands which could make navigating the store a little difficult, especially if you have a baby stroller or wheelchair - it personally wasn’t a massive issue for us but it’s worth mentioning just in case. The lighting in the store is great at making the products pop, there’s a nice feel in here and it’s clear to see why it’s a popular shop.”

Nothing was too much trouble for her to help him :) There was plenty of choice at very good prices and some were on 3 for price of 2 deals and money off vouchers.
