“Brilliant selection of shops for bargain hunters… Cheshire Oaks is a must-visit, we’ve been 6 times in the last few years and always come away with a car full of goodies! The selection of shops is brilliant here and the offers you can get are even better - you can also get a 10% discount card from guest services if you stay at the local Travelodge or are a blue light card member, worth knowing! Parking here can be a bit bedlam, especially if you visit during the peak hours, luckily this time we arrived 10 minutes after opening so we didn’t struggle to get a space, I will just mention though - the spaces are tiny, not great for big cars. There’s a decent choice of food outlets, I do wish there were a couple more places though, some more nice sit down restaurants would be great. The outlet is always clean and tidy which is nice, it’s rare that you’d see any rubbish laying around.”

“Great selection of various tasty dishes. They even have chiefs that fry seafood/beef with vegetables and make sushi (not impressed, but a nice bonus), an ice cream machine, desserts and a chocolate fountain. The only thing I didn't like is that although I had a booking, I still had to wait in a queue. I also wish there were more plates in each section under the food instead of all being in one place. I'll be definitely coming back soon!”

“We visited Opera Grill as a large group for a hen do meal and had a brilliant experience. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious and the venue itself is beautiful. There was also a brilliant band on playing some great live music which really added to the evening. Overall a great visit and would definitely recommend for meals and also special occasions.”

“My partner, our daughter and I moved to Saughall about five years ago and, on a recommendation from my in-laws, tried the Far East. The food was excellent and it became our ‘go to’ Chinese delivery. Sadly, they seemed to have changed chef after a few years, and the food became so salty and badly prepared that it was basically inedible. Tonight, we decided to give it one more try, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was actually better than when we first used them, light and well cooked, a good mix of well prepared ingredients and very enjoyable. One of the things I originally liked about the Far East was that they don’t do the ‘rice or chips with every dish’ thing, which seems so common up here (I’m from London), which means you can choose a couple of dishes, choose rice or noodles, and not wind up with a load of leftovers. Their salt and pepper chips are very good btw! Having tried them again tonight, I’m interested to try their new extended menu which has some rather tempting looking seafood options. Also, one of the reasons we ordered from here tonight is that they do banana fritters ( my other half’s favourite) and I’m sure she actually purred at the first mouthful! So, in summary, a very welcome return to form. I’m very pleased that we can definitely recommend the Far East again, and look forward to our next order.”

“First time there and we will be returning.. the food was amazing, my only criticisms were that tepanyaki grill was off as no chef, and ice cream machine wasn't working.. but everything else was amazing and the staff were wonderful.”

“The most important thing is the food is really good! I had ordered online and been surprised how good the food was. There was a discount voucher in that order that suggested we could sit inside and eat our food. I was unsure how this would work as they are a takeaway joint. There are tables towards the back of the premises and you can sit and eat your food but the only issue is, because it's a takeaway joint there is no cutlery to speak of. The sweet and sour chicken we ordered had such big pieces of chicken in it was tricky to eat. Definitely give them a try, the food is great. If it's a nice day you can still take out the food and perhaps walk to the park, which isn't far.”
