“I chose NTS North West from the mobile tyre fitting services I viewed online for Stockport area. The website was user friendly, the prices very competitive and when I rang them to ask a few questions they were very helpful. I booked my tyre fitting on the Thursday for a Saturday morning fit, as I live on a busy road. The booking was between 8:30 and 12:30. At 09:10 I got a call on my mobile to say that they would be with me in 20 mins. The fitter who did my tyre was courteous and efficient and did a great job. I was able to ring the depot and pay by card and back on the road by 10:15. It can't get much better than that!”

“Had a van with a suspected broken fuel pump. Took the advice of another local mechanic who told me to buy £400 worth of replacement parts then wouldn't return my calls to come and fit them. Rang over 30 other mobile mechanics to do the job - most of whom didn't want to know. Those who did wanted £600 labour. Found Lindons who came and collected my van for £60. Got it into their garage and found and fixed the problem in an hour - air in the return lines. All-in cost me just £90. Van is purring like a cat once again. Cannot thank the guys at Lindons enough. Wished I'd have called them sooner. Would have saved £400 in useless parts and 6 weeks of lost time calling every bum mechanic from Preston down to Liverpool.”

“I had a very positive experience with The Battery Guys. John picked up my call and couldn't have been more helpful. He advised me which battery to buy - and it was the best value of the range, not the most expensive - and also said that he reckoned that I would be quite capable of changing it myself instead of going to a garage to get it changed. He did send it for next-day delivery via Yodel, and I got an email from Yodel saying that I would receive it the next day. However, it was Yodel that let me down in this regard as they took two days to deliver rather than one. I found an online video that was perfect in showing me how to change the battery - it was for a Renault Twingo battery and my car is a Renault Wind which has the same engine as a Twingo. It took me about half an hour to replace and bingo! I have a car that has been running perfectly since then. Many thanks.”
