“I've been waiting for a hospital referral for a few years now, and have been suffering with excruciating wisdom tooth pain. I rang the practice explaining my situation, and a same day appointment was made. I attended and was treated with the most amazing customer service I have ever received in my life - the x-ray was done and tooth extracted shortly after. I've always been afraid of the process being done with a local anaesthetic, but Alison made it all so easy and made me feel so comfortable... Even after the anaesthetic had worn off, I experienced NO pain - a day later, I am absolutely fine - no swelling or bleeding. Thank you so much Alison, you have truly helped me and it was worth every single penny.”

Dr Waghela put me completely at ease through the whole process which took about a year all together. I'm over the moon with the results. My teeth look so natural. “I have just had a crown fitted and two white fillings with Dr Patel. It was a long appointment, just under two hours, and I was really nervous. The care and service that I received was outstanding. Dr Patel, Lara and Rose were a great team. They made sure that I was ok every step of the way. I even had a heated lavender eye mask to help me to relax. Also the practice invests in the latest technology which means that they use digital 3d printing, and can create your new tooth there and then. Incredible! So all sorted in one trip. I would totally recommend them. Last year I lost confidence with my last dentist, and am so pleased that I’ve switched. I can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic practice. Cathy”

“Have been going there for check-ups for about 6 years now. Really happy with them. After another dentist told me I needed no fillings and yet another dentist told me I needed 3, Ritesh actually showed me (on camera!) the one place where I did need one. He always answers my questions patiently and thoroughly. I find him to be friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has a calm manner, so that helps me to relax when I visit. The dental assistants and receptionists are all lovely too and I think they are reasonably priced for what they do. I've moved away from the area and I still go back to them!”

“I had my first appointment this week with Shyam - he was an absolute professional, talked through the process in a very calming manner & was extremely thorough in his feedback. Personally, I don't get scared about dental appointments, but if you do I can imagine Shyam would be a superb dentist for you. The practice was clean, tidy & well kept - the ladies on reception were very polite & well mannered. All in all a very good dentist!”

“Fantastic dental practice. Dr Adam is very professional and passionate about his work so it's always a joy to see him and the team. Really happy with the results of my teeth whitening + wire retainer replacement. I cannot fault the service, he is always smiley, friendly and impressively knowledgable. The reception team is still strict with covid-safe procedures to keep everyone safe and calls up day before scheduled appointments as a reminder. Definitely a superior service than some other dental centres I've used in the area; lovely people and quality service with up to date technology.”

“5 star experience at Lavender dental. My dad needed a dental check up urgently after sudden onset pain. Not only did they accommodate him in a few hour's notice, Dr Chauhan and team were so caring and efficient. They did what was necessary to deal with the urgency and advised for the future as he is an overseas patient. A special shout out to the reception staff as well who were extremely kind and accommodating. A big thank you to everyone involved.”

“Karishma is the best dentist ever. I am always so nervous and anxious to visit the dentist but she puts me at ease and is so caring and friendly. She fixed my filling at short notice and I have had the most pleasant Invisalign and teeth whitening experience with her. I highly recommend her she is a very thorough and experienced dentist especially if you are nervous. The staff are also all friendly and kind when I visit and the practice it is so high tech it even has a tv on the ceiling that you can watch! 5 stars from me!”

She was very informative and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth and exactly how it should be dealt with. Today I needed a tooth extraction, and I was really dreading it, but Urvi gave me reassurance and talked through the whole process which left me assured and relaxed.
