He is very caring and compassionate and always made myself and my children with additional needs feel very comfortable. The atmosphere with staff towards patients is very friendly and you feel completely at home. Dr Joshi assistant is always also very helpful and friendly too, and the relationships between staff seems like everybody really enjoys working with each other. The receptionist staff has exceptional customer service skills and makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. She is always bubbly and happy and easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to make sure you get an appointment that suits you, and regular reminders so you don’t forget. I have never ever had a bad experience since coming here and iv always felt like myself and my children always get the best care, I couldn’t wish for a better dentist.
