“I love the quality of the clothing, in particular the underwear is exceptionally good. The orders do take some time to arrive but I have never had to exchange or return anything, they are always correct. One thing I would like to see is more girls clothes without frills/sparkles/pink/sequins/unicorns. Also the 'indestructible' fleece lined trousers are fantastic but only go up to age 8. Also some girls sleeveless or short sleeved thermal vests please.”

“I had been using my local pharmacy for my repeat prescription and the service was great, I just used to get a text to say my items were ready to collect. Then I moved to Merseyside, well they could not organise their own hair, completely useless and tried all the local chemists, so I tried Pharmacy2u,, and what a massive relief, I almost came off the blood pressure tablets. A breath of fresh air, I just use the app, mark the items I need and within the week they usually arrive at my door, with notifications to tell me the progress. This is the service I need because I am abroad most of the time now. WELL DONE PHARMACY2U !!!”

“Have used this company in the past and will continue to use. Placed an order on the 7/11 and received an update email a few working days later stating that orders were delayed due to a warehouse move. Still hadn’t heard anything so emailed the email address on the website and got a reply a couple of days later explaining the issues and that a dispatch email should soon arrive. Another couple of days later I received a dispatch email and received my order the next day. A few of the items were missing from the order so I contacted them again and they swiftly advised that the missing items were out of stock and I would receive a refund for them. I think the warehouse move / demand at Christmas time has obviously taken its toll especially for some people who haven’t received their orders but the service I received from the company throughout was great despite there being a unavoidable delay with my order.”
