"The Stanley Steemer rep Matt did a fabulous job on my carpet and furniture. Before and after difference was unbelievable!!!! I would also like to commend Matt on his professionalism. He was very pleasant to talk to, not like some thugs I have seen with other companies. I was also impressed with his knowledge of floor and furniture care. I had only planned to clean the carpet until we chatted about the furniture. Now it looks brand new. SS needs to keep this guy around as he is a great representation for the company!!!!"
"Update: I just called in to schedule a cleaning for the package that I paid in advance for. I had two cleanings left. They told me I had to pay for it anyway because it expired and I was never told that it expired 300 bucks down the drain. What a scam. Ronnie and Tim were polite, professional, and respectful. They made sure I 100% satisfied before they left. My carpets look and smell great!"
"I just got downstairs to look at the carpet and I am horrified by the dirty streaks left on my carpet. I am disabled and i cannot get downstairs easily. It was so disheartening to see these dirt streaks that were not there before. I am certain your company will come out and correct the mistake before my Christmas party on Monday. The guys were nice but this is unacceptable. Please call me asap tomorrow. The rest looked nice."

I wasn’t thinking and accidentally stepped on an area after he put down clear coat, he laughed and said, “that’s something I would do!” And fixed it right away.
