"I wouldn’t give this company a dime. I unfortunately had to use them with a warranty claim. The people I talked to on the phone were rude and condescending and worst of all wrong about pretty much everything they told me. I wasted so much time trying to find information for them that didn’t even exist. When they finally came to look at the dishwasher we were told they needed a part and would call us when it came in. Over two weeks later we reached out to them after hearing nothing we were told that we needed to contact the manufacturer and go through them. We were only going off of the information that we were told and it seemed that nobody that we talked to seemed to have any real idea about what was going on with our claim. We were without a dishwasher for at least a month longer than we should have been if anyone that we talked to actually knew anything about their job. Avoid this company at all costs if you like to be treated with dignity and respect."

"Where do I begin.. let's start with Shelby the wonderful dispatcher! By the time Universal Appliance was assigned to us through our home warranty company, we had been without our refrigerator for 2 weeks, during the holdays! By no fault of Universal Appliance, I might add. Once they were assigned they set up an appointment with us within 3 days (considering it was a Friday, and the 1st was that monday). Every time I called to verify the appointment, Shelby was always so sweet and kind! Kenny came out, and diagnosed the problem quickly, he was amazing. Then, due to the home warranty company, it took another 2 weeks for them to get the approval and part. Kenny came back, all within the time slotted, never late, and we now have a working fridge! He went above and beyond while he was here, and cleaned up before he left! I will definitely recommend Universal Appliance Sevices to anyone in need of repairs. Thank you, Shelby and Kenny! "I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have to use them due to warranty. They rescheduled my diagnostic appointment twice and now my appointment to fix my dryer is being rescheduled. It is going on 3 weeks that I have had to wait on these people. They definitely have issues on their end that need fixed."

"CJ and Jon absolutely killed this project. It wasn’t in a house but in a MOTORHOME. A six week old RV and fridge locked up and I drove 4,000 miles in it using a cooler until I could get home. Once I did, Samsung was less than helpful, closed my ticket(without repair) a couple of times and overall not communicative. Universal Appliance came to the rescue and approached this job with some concern regarding the logistics of the repair , but all the readiness to do the job you could ask for.
