"We have Hilton Honors Program which lets you choose your rooms ahead of time. We chose 2 rooms on Friday night for a Monday reservation. When we arrived to check in at 3 pm on Monday, we were given 2 different rooms. The explanation given was that the current guests had decided to extend their stay. We purposely chose rooms that would be closer to the elevator because we have chronic pain issues as well as mobility problems. We had some other reasons for choosing the rooms we did. The rooms we were given instead were farther from the elevators and on a noisier part of the hotel. After letting the front desk know that we were extremely upset, the only thing they offered was a different floor. We specifically wanted to be on the top floor, 4 th floor. So that was not an option. We were not offered any discount on our reservations. The TVS in the rooms had very few channels to choose from. A local news station would not come on ( even though it was not raining at the time). This should not be the case in a hotel that costs so much per night. We were on the side of the freeway and it was very noisy, especially at night. Lots of music, possibly from homes nearby or restaurants. Windows not soundproof, or at least, not good quality.Yet a sign in the elevator said that they value a quiet environment for their guests. Extremely disappointed and we will not be returning to this hotel."

"We stay 3-4 times a year at this location. In general, it is great, but tired of the $50 pet charge. We stay at many other great hotels and they all charge $20-$25 a night which I am fine with. $50 is excessive and I won't be staying here anymore."

"We didn't arrive until 3:00am. The person on duty was very friendly and efficient. The room was nicely appointed and roomy. The bed was firm and comfortable. No bathtub, but the shower and sink area were roomy and modern. Very enjoyable stay. We'll be staying again on the way home. Hopefully checking in during the PM hours this time!"

"Some of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered. If Melissa is checking you in save yourself the trouble and leave while you are still ahead. The beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable but double check your sheets for holes and towels for stains! Breakfast was great every morning but every other department needs some serious training… management included as we asked them to call us after checkout after waiting around all morning and getting different excuses we and have yet to receive a reply! Lots of traffic and lights around the hotel, not their fault but just another reason to choose one of the other Home 2 properties or many surrounding hotels in Lexington next time!"
