"The hotel was nice. We had an "executive" room, but it was just a basic room. No fridge, no microwave. Room was clean and was updated nicely though. Pillows were way too soft/flimsy for a side sleeper. Front desk was nice. The hotel was under construction so only one elevator was working. The walls are thin so we could hear everything. I would stay here again."
"Stayed here when we went to UK basketball game as we have for the last several years. Guest elevators were out of order for renovation had to use service elevators. Could definitely tell, there was no attempt to clean those areas up. Also while at the game bought a souvenir cup as we do every year kinda a big deal to us lol. Anyway the cleaning situation stated they were only Cleaning the rooms every 4 days unless asked. We stayed 2 days the second day we went out to explore the Lexington area I had left that cup on the table with the coffee making supplies in our room. When we returned was surprised to see the room had been somewhat cleaned with my cup apparently being thrown away however there were empty soda and water bottles that had been left all over the room. Very disappointed in that attempt and the hotels response."
"There was no microwave in the room. There was one in the lobby, behind the desk. It was dirty and smelly. Probably because it was shared by the occupants of 300+ rooms. Everything else was fine."
"Nice hotel. Elevators under construction and building is a bit dated, but rooms are updated and decent. Clifton the front desk associate was so helpful in helping me trace down a receipt for a charge I did not recognize on my card. He contacted the accounting department for me and got me an answer in less than 10 minutes. Thanks!"
"My sweet MIL booked this place for us so we could be close to the hospital for my father’s honor walk.. The Bathrooms are extremely small, my husband is tall and everything in regards to that was disappointing, we found a pill in our room in the floor and flushed it! parking was confusing but we eventually figured it out, the only perks of this hotel is the bed and the TV, everything else was very mid for the crazy prices they set."
