"Front desk staff are very rude about things and the attitudes are real. I feel very disrespected and disappointed because I was woke up out of my sleep by the woman at the front desk standing over me in my room while I was sleep waking me to tell me to make a new reservation that had already been made then threatened that the police were going to come and escort me out bc she couldn’t see the new reservation in the system I gave the confirmation number and still got nothing but disrespect. I do not appreciate anyone entering into MY ROOM while I am sleeping with a child and telling me “snap out of it before the police are called to escort you out” I am beyond disappointed that the guest service reps are aloud to enter into someone’s room without permission and stand over them while they are sleeping just to threaten them with police and later found out it had been put in and no apology was given it was only “I was trying to save you”"

"The front desk staff is friendly the deals on the room are absolutely amazing. This is a hidden gem they offer a lot of small amenities other cheaper hotels don't. They have coffee available 24 hrs a day. They have drinks,phone chargers even banquet meals for sale in the lobby. I will definitely be staying at this hotel more often."

"Just checked in! Haven't had breakfast yet, staying only one night for work tomorrow (checking out 11/12/23) At check in there is a 100.00 deposit with a sign that says you'll get a refund in 2 to 10 days. It wasnt an issue but would have been nice to know in advance. Room isn't clean. I left for dinner but didn't check for bugs first. I think it's just matter of poor Housekeeping issues. See photos attached. Hair in tub! Some odd stuff too like no hand soap, that's lotion at the sink. And extra toilet paper is hanging at the entrance of the shower?! It does look like they are remodeling. Our room looks remodeled but with poor Housekeeping I'm afraid they are wasting time and money because it will go down fast. Unit isn't cleaned, maybe a fire hazard? And there is something on the unit I won't be touching it whatever it is."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel. Every year we stay here for The Scarefest Horror Convention. This stay was going to be this motel’s last chance. Year one was a bit rough but ok, last year - wow - I really should have left a review for that stay! This year however, I was pleasantly surprised, I don’t know if it is new management or what. The property is going through a remodel, new paint and carpet. Looks like the rooms are getting an upgraded bathroom. The room was much cleaner than in the past. You can tell there is pride in the property. There is ample parking and is conveniently located. There is an odd sign in the lobby about not loitering in the parking lot or lobby or other guests may think you are homeless. Again, a bit odd but it seems like they are working on their image. Would definitely stay here again for next year’s convention."
