Established in 1882, the Davenport Fire Department has grown to a team of 137 dedicated professionals, including 135 firefighters and 2 civilian staff members. Each year, we respond to over 19,000 emergency incidents, ranging from structure fires and medical emergencies to hazardous materials incidents and technical rescues.
