"The most incompetent agent I’ve ever worked with before. I’ve had good success with Allstate, but unfortunately this specific agent seems aloof and clueless to any and all inquiries. Licensure should be suspended until he learns the laws and is able to make competent explanation of the policy he wrote instead of assuming and providing inaccurate information and causing his customers financial loss.I already have had an attorney contact him and have had no response."

"This place sucks, my husband and I have had homeowners insurance with this place for about 8 years now,every time we have called them they never answer the phone u always have to leave a message and wait days for them to get back to you,also our price keeps going up every year and yet we have never filed a claim for anything,we have tried but they cover nothing,we don't recommend them for anything"
