"We got carryout from Bimi a couple weeks ago. We had several different ramen dishes and everyone enjoyed what they had. Since their ramen is made with miso it's a little different that what you would get from a Vietnamese restaurant, and the variation was really tasty! Fort Wayne is blessed with several pho and ramen choices, and Bimi's ramen is right up there with the best."

"Feels like a modern Japanese anime atmosphere. When walking in I turned to my friend and said, "I feel like I just entered Big Hero 6!" Food was top notch and akin to dishes that you would see in the ever popular card game Sushi Go Party! I ordered the spicy miso shrimp tempura ramen dish. Was approximately a five on a 10-point scale for heat. The shrimp were crunchy and the noodles delicious. My party especially loved the spoons provided. Last of all, the server was very observant, bringing an extra cooked egg for one of our party members who had mentioned to our party that she forgot to order it. Our ordered drinks never ran dry!"
