"Waitress are reckless moving very slow. Waited so long to eat cold burgers and bittery ( reused their oil too much) tater tots and wings. Their fries had so much oil that we can use them to fry another batch. Not strained at all. Spoons were not clean. When raised a concern to the employee, they had a defending reason for everything. Not worth your money. Find a better place to eat or you will invite health problems."
"Asked for cheese curds. Paid for them. Did not receive them. Asked for crispy wings somehow got burnt and soggy wings. Waitress was slow. Most employees standing around on their phones. Had to have my order checked on 3 times before I got it and I was a carry out order. Pretty pitiful for a wing spot to serve d class wings at best. Would recommend anywhere else instead this location. Will not be returning. They’re a few places to get a good hot meal anymore and obviously this is not one of those places. From the things missing from my order to the quality of the food to the staff members. I have to say McDonald’s has faster and better service than this location. McDonald’s also always has hot food. Safe to say my first ever trip to this location will be my last to any of this franchise."
"We were very disappointed with the service. There was only a few people there when we got there. The side we were sitting on only had one couple. The waitress took our order after a couple that got there after us. And then more people started coming in. Everyone started getting their food before us. The only thing we ordered was 10 wings a half order of fries and 4 celery sticks. A couple times my husband went and said something to the waitress. She said she was the only waitress, but that doesn’t explain the fact that our order was taken before three other tables and we still didn’t have our food. When she brought our food out, she said she was waiting on the fries to bring it out. But everything was lukewarm. It was good but it would’ve been better if it would’ve been hot."
