"Spent two nights here paid for one. Great price. Room in old section was small but adequate for two. Full size bed. The park should replace all full size beds with at least queen. We'll be back someday."

"This was our first encounter with bed bugs. Upon Googleing images of what bed bug look like. It was stunningly confirmed that it was indeed bed bugs. As we took one down to the front desk and told them we were leaving, they gave us the number of the manager to call. But that turned into a situation required a big effort to prove that we actually had encountered bed bugs. And luckily we had taken some photographs with our phone. In addition to bringing the bug to the front desk. We had many calls and lots of resistance from the manager. Eventually, they reluctantly refunded our money. This place just needs to get it together with a change of management and recieve a big overhaul. It's a beautiful piece of property and it's a shame that they have such poor customer service."

"Been coming to Potawatomi Inn since I was a kid. Now with Grandkids. Love the lodge, the views, tobogganing and the quaint family atmosphere. The pool area needs a total renovation and deep clean. Small TV doesn't bother us as in all the years never had it on. Our room temp was nearly 75 no matter what we turned thermostat to and had to fix a couple small room issues ourselves. One MAJOR complaint was our kids arrived a day before us and couldn't get in their rooms three and a half hours AfTER 4pm check in (730pm) and was only offered a 10% discount. They have 3 small kids. That was totally unacceptable."

"Can't rate the rooms as we were only there for the day to have the Christmas Eve Buffet and have fun on the toboggan run. The parts of the Inn we did see were very clean and well maintained. The service and food at the buffet were delicious! Plenty of choices and very fresh."

"Stayed four nights in a double queen room. The room was very spacious and clean. Most of the staff were polite. The pool and hot tub were spacious and the temperature was just right in both. Overall, the inn is beautiful, relaxing and well kept with pleasant staff. Would love to see some minor upgrades in the aquatic area. Had a great time."
