At Freedom Bark Park, membership is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Annual passes are available, and registration is simple with proof of current vaccinations. To join, please visit the Lowell Parks Office at 501 E. Main Street or download the Bark Park Registration Form from our website. The required vaccines for membership include Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Leptospirosis (DHPPL), with the Bordetella vaccine strongly recommended.
