Welcome to Freedom Bark Park, your premier destination for canine fun and adventure located at Cline Avenue, Lowell, Indiana 46356. Nestled in the southeast corner of Freedom Park, this expansive 5-acre dog park offers a beautifully designed landscape where both dogs and their owners can enjoy a delightful experience.

At Freedom Bark Park, membership is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Annual passes are available, and registration is simple with proof of current vaccinations. To join, please visit the Lowell Parks Office at 501 E. Main Street or download the Bark Park Registration Form from our website. The required vaccines for membership include Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Leptospirosis (DHPPL), with the Bordetella vaccine strongly recommended. Remember to bring your vaccination records and payment to complete your registration.

Our park is committed to providing a safe and engaging space for dogs to play and socialize, while owners can relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Memberships are sold for the calendar year, with registration beginning each January. For more information, contact us at 219.696.7794 or townhall@lowell.net, or visit our office during business hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

"This park should be opened for the public no membership please. Here are the prices Lowell residents: $75.00 Cedar Creek, West Creek, and Eagle Creek Townships Additional dog $25.00 Non-residents $125.00 Additional dog $25"

"The roads going in are terrible! Holes everywhere! Membership only is stupid! What's the point of naming your park freedom if it's not free!? I'd suggest asking people for small donations. But take away the Membership! Also if you're going to charge for a dog park. You should have a paved parking lot so you can clean your dogs paws before they get into your vehicle. Not a muddy, dirty, gravel lot."

"This is a membership only dog park with no indication on google maps until you get there. It sits inside of a park called "Freedom Park" with a lot of ironic rules against basic freedoms. I.E. being locked outside of a dog park inside of a park paid by our taxes. I highly doubt this is even legal if I were to pursue a legal claim."
