"We currently live in an Olthof home, and love it! It is well-built and beautiful. We just need more space, and the plan that we originally loved has become available in our area. With that being said, we will be building our second Olthof home! Our current sales consultant, Shannon, is absolutely wonderful! Shannon is extremely helpful, and although we are waiting for a specific lot to become available, Shannon has still gone above and beyond to help. Even without being able to execute a contract at this time, Shannon has still answered all of our questions with knowledge, experience, and a smile on her face. She has even set up walkthroughs in other communities so we can see all of the options we plan to choose in the future. Because of her help, we will be completely confident in the design choices of our new Olthof home. Thank you, Shannon!"

"Absolute horrible town home built in cedar lake. As if they don't care people will live in these homes. So many corners cut and a shady HOA that raised their prices 3 times while living in that garbage home. Clearly a means to maximize profit and provide the lowest quality cookie cutter housing. This company are communists"

"Worst home builders hands down. Unresponsive and greedy. They don’t complete warranty work. I have been waiting 14 months and they just simply don’t reply to get the work done on your home. Iv been with out kitchen cabinets since the day I moved in. They tore up my ceilings and left them unfinished a few months after we moved in. They charge you for designer carpet that’s just contractor carpeting. Upgraded Cabinets are so cheap they literally crack and fall apart. Spent over three grand on banisters to match my cabinets and they aren’t even close. It was so poorly done every post is a different color with damages all over and they are simply refusing to fix it. they tell me they are going the extra mile for me but Garage door and the front door of my home take water. They refuse to communicate anything. They are refusing to compete the ceiling repairs due to the company they hired not doing it right the first two times. Several floor joist are cracked. Trusses in the attic have broken off; they can simply cAreless about you and your home after closing. They forced me to close with threats of selling my home even though the huge list of repairs was there. They are simply a very dishonest builder that will lie and hide every mistake they make. Not to mentioned they are supposed to have 8ft basement ceilings and they are only 7 1/2! My home was also shorted over a 100sf they advertise till this day a larger home than they build you. When you question the size difference they will just get offensive and tell You to go somewhere else after they have collected your first check. Every person in my neighborhood is very unhappy with the home builds and warranty guarantees. They just stop communicating in hopes you do too. Iv asked 4 times to schedule my 12 month and each time I am ignored. I am not the first, I have several people in my neighborhood with the same complaint. I spent 7 grand on floors that weren’t even installed properly . Asked for them to be fixed before closing all they did was add caulk to the gaps. The owner only replies to the good but never the bad. It’s a shame that I have to fight this hard for my home to be repaired o shouldn’t have to take to reviews to get some type of response about my home. I just hope Other people don’t make the same mistake as a lot of us and go with another builder Remember these homes cost 60,000 to build and they charge you almost a half million lol the least they can do is hold to their warranty. They put the cheapest stuff possible to keep cost low for these reasons but they just take the Pennie’s and run. Iv never had to encounter such a greedy company before. They are worse than Walmart your bank and Amazon all out together. The list of my home repairs gos on. They made a promise to Fix them now they don’t want to fix the promised they have left my home in unfinished condition for over a year and counting. Iv been waiting 2 months for a response to finish repairs and I get ignored now it’s time to file so claims"

She really went above expectations to help us acquire a home that we absolutely love. On top of that, the build was finished ahead of the original schedule due to the amazing efforts of the building manager and construction crews.
