"Took my 6 year old son here for a hearing test before he has his tube placement surgery, we had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cross, she was so sweet & welcoming! My son went right back with her & got his test done, I think he even thought it was fun! She was very personable & knowledgeable! A beautiful person inside & out, definitely recommend this doctor!! Thank you again Dr. Cross!"

"My experience at this medical office was terrible, I won't speak of the doctor because it wasn't his fault it was more ponting to his assistant. She was very unprofessional and rude to me. When I asked for help to understand what more the doctor was trying to say to me, which was very hard to understand him in general she acted as if she was confused to why I couldn't understand the doctor and told me that if I has any questions to call back later about my son's well visit. I am very disappointed with this and I will probably make it known again how disrespectful she was. These doctors and assistants are here to help us and make us feel comfortable. This is why health care has a bad reputation. Especially, in times like this they should be more understanding and willing to do whatever it is you need."

"**before reading this review understand it has nothing to do with care provided** Arrive early for your appointment they say. We did. Got checked in around 810am for an 840 appointment. Did not have to wait too long before being taken back. Check process by nurse was rather quick. Evidently there was a scheduling issue. I notified of this around 920 and told the doctor was just now seeing the patient that scheduled before. Finally saw the doctor around 10. Waste of a morning!"

"Had multiple vein procedures today. Dr Timperman was awesome as well as the staff. My daughter was my designated ride and her car broke down after dropping me off. Had no ride home. A member of the nursing staff offered to give me a ride. There are still good people in the world. Dr is awesome as well as staff. Forever grateful"

"Overall very unprofessional with questionable competency. 1. I was told I would see Dr. Lara Weeks for a new patient visit, even waited over a month for the earliest appointment because I was told good things about her. I saw a nurse practitioner instead who apparently became my doctor. Never met Dr. Weeks. 2. The NP was not comprehensive. She did not explain much to me or show interest in me/my health history. She basically just said I should get a bunch of lab tests and ordered them, also without mentioning that insurance companies may not cover said lab tests. 3. I was not called with the results of most of those lab tests. I was only called with one result that a doctor should have followed up with me about. Nobody followed up with me."
