"Great place to stay love how quiet it is!! I live at Riverview apartments I hear door's slamming from 11pm to 5am I tell management about since quiet time is 10pm to 8 am, but nothing gets done about it."

"Had a birthday party here in one of the very nice two bedroom suites. Everything went amazing! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and very clean. No problems. Bed was so comfortable, slept like a baby. I couldn't even hear the noises from others while napping during the middle of the day. Pool was nice to have. Fitness center had bottled water which was very nice. Headphones were available if needed. We needed a few.extra chairs which were provided luckily. All around great time."

"I booked for 5 nights and left the second morning. I had to switch rooms due to finding a bed bug crawling on me. Thankfully the individual at the desk promptly gave me a room and compensated me for laundry, however that wasn’t enough to keep me there due to the fear of finding more bugs. The rooms felt worn in and dated, and overall I was no longer comfortable staying there. Attached is a picture of the guest I found staying in my room."

"Room was nicely laid out and the kitchenette was clean. If you have pets, there is a $50 fee….Had a “false alarm code red” occur during the stay and several regulars said this happens weekly. Despite staff saying it was a real alarm occurring from 3 rooms. Not the best communication. A little inconveniencing having pets and waiting outside in the cold at night while it got sorted out."

"I almost exclusively use Marriott while traveling. They have a great history of cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort. However, this one has a cheap feel to it. The rooms I've used are worn. That meaning the showers have loose fixtures, drains are slow, beds are starting to breakdown, the pillows have slight staining, towels are thin, and housekeeping always looks hurried with the beds not looking sharp and towels folded haphazardly. I couldn't use the phone and the air-conditioner fan squealed. It's always nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning. However, as kind and friendly as the cook is, the breakfast choices seem .... cheap as well. The eggs are what I find most disappointing since they appear to be made from powder or steamed because they are very wet and break the moment you put a fork in them. All the other options are okay, but from my other Marriot experiences, it's on the bottom end. It's still the best hotel in Vincennes. I just wish it were as good as the brand implies."
