"We’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes for someone to come to our table and acknowledge us. I have never received such awful service. Plenty of waitresses walking around and no one acknowledges my fiance and I. 0/10 , I will not be coming back. @vincennes Buffalo Wild Wings."

"I made an order for pick up 1/2/24 @7p. They said the wait was about an hour & 15 minutes. I didn’t have a problem with the wait. My husband showed up to pick up our food at 8:20ish. He still waited about 30 minutes and when he got home half of our order was missing. I had him go back and get a refund. It’s not the first time that we have a problem with this restaurant. The food is generally good but the service and wait time is so terribly bad. Management just doesn’t care about how short staffed they are. The poor waitresses and cooks are probably being so overworked. Don’t plan to step foot inside this restaurant until they are under a new manager or new restaurant owner."

"The food took about 45 minutes to come out. Our waitress was amazing but the food took forever, it was cold when we got it. And there was no flavor to any of it. We got the American cheeseburger, loaded ans he got the chicken Buffalo sandwhich. It just wasn't the greatest experience here. But our waitress was very apologetic and very good!"

"As a regular, I'm updating my rating based on the last few months. There are consistent issues with being able to get draft beer that is cold or isn't skunked or tastes like dish soap as well as the store being out of multiple popular liquors for extended periods of time. The food is mediocre at best when it used to be really well done. The servers are doing their best, but it's hard to keep customers happy when they can't get normal things like a tasty cold beer or simple shots like Fireball or Maker's Mark...or even a mudslide because there's no Kaluha."
