They were efficient in cleaning out the damaged cabinets and floor, boxing and storing our things, and then setting up water remediation measures. "I could not be more impressed with the flood clean-up and restoration services provided by ServiceMaster as a result of flooding from the early April 2023 extreme rainfalls in Evansville. ServiceMaster also went out their way to accommodate in-patient surgery I had scheduled for the following week. Because of those circumstances Darrell and ServiceMaster arranged to store all.contents at their facility until I was physically able to retrieve them. I noted that ServiceMaster would store our salvageable contents until we could retrieve them. After meeting with Darrell yesterday to inspect the stored contents, he completely blew us away by explaining that not only are they storing the contents, but ServiceMaster will RETURN the contents at our convenience. This adds significant value and convenience on top of my previous review."
