Nordstrom Rack

"Today i felt uncomfortable from management upon picking up my order 01/23/24 @1300. I order online from Canada Goose at check out I was given the option to pick up in store at other locations Nordstrom rack was an option that I selected for convenience. There was a worker at the register that call for a manager to assist me with my pick. The manager asked for my order number upon given her the first three numbers she said that’s not a Nordstrom order number and I said I know that’s because it’s from Canada Goose right away I felt assaulted by her next question which was “Why did you have your order shipped here, this is Nordstrom”. I was shocked that she asked me that question I looked her in the face so she if she was joking but she was serious. So I replied I sent my order to Nordstrom rack to pick my order up and that it was an option and I selected. She said this is the first time someone came to Nordstrom rack to pick up an order from a different store. I informed her that this is my fourth time picking up orders from other stores at Nordstrom rack (but the other times went smoothly) I also mentioned I have another order that will be there in February for pick up from another store. I did no wrong but received poor customer service due to no one of Nordstrom rack inform her. I should not have been questioned as to why I had my order sent there if it’s not of Nordstrom rack. I wish that someone correct her so that when my order is ready for pick up I don’t have to deal with that poor customer service for management."

"I’m so disappointed with this store. I went there to change a Christmas gift and I didn’t have the receipt and neither the person that gave me the gift hadn’t anymore. I couldn’t change because they asked me for the receipt. If your return policy is strict and you ask for proof that it was bought there you should tell the buyers that they will need the exchange receipt ( like Macys store does when you buy a gift ) because may be the person will need to change if doesn’t fit. It was my first time going to this store and I definitely won’t come back."

"I was shopping for a hard shell travel case and saw a posted sign that said 25% off selected travel cases. The sign did not specify any types of brand and none of travel cases were tagged with a discount tag. So I was not able to differentiate which travel cases were on sale vs those that were not. I picked one case and was checking out just to be told that it wasn’t on sale… I left and went back to pick a different one. Also not on sale. Am I suppose to be going back-and-forth until one scans 25% off? I asked the representative “how can I which ones are 25% off?” She said i could look online. If I wanted to shop online… I wouldn’t be at the store. Frustrating and unhelpful."

"I’ve been here a few times and it’s not really anything I would want to get for myself. Not to say they dont have things for other people. They do have a full store with lots of items, so go by and check."

"There is a limited amount of sizes. The shoe area is nicely stocked. Would love to see more home decor. I was able to pick up a pair of shorts and a top"
