"My Cardiologist is Dr. Kholoki and he and Dr. Atassi share an office. They are both excellent Cardiologists, I highly recommend them. I've only had good experiences at this Health Center, everyone is extremely nice they make you feel at home."

"Rude nurse. Dr. K who “doesn’t believe in antibiotics”. Patients vomiting outside. What a nightmare. I had to insist on leaving with a prescription for a sinus and bronchial infection which he was convinced was viral. I was feeling better after two days on the antibiotic. What a quack."

"I have been going here for years and have always been treated well until last Friday. The nurse who called us from the waiting room called put my husbands middle name and wife. We didn't respond as he gpes by his 1st name. She went back came back out and said his first and middle name with wife. As we were going to the room I advosrd her he goes by his 1st name Michael. We get on the room and she looks at my hisband and says now (uses his middle name) what are your symptoms. I again advised his name is Michael. She said I am talking to the patient wd you like to leave? I said no, but I would be sending back a review. She said to go ahead do what I have to do. Once she realized I was there as a patoent too her whole demeaner changed and she was cordial go me. I have never been so disrespected there and that is why I gave a 2 star. One person or experience can put a bad taste in your mouth for quite awhile."

"Summary: (12/12/2023) Dr. Kaup MD did not listen to our questions and proceeded to walk out of the door the more we would ask. He said I had a virus but didn't even test for it, he tested only for strept. He said he wouldn't give us any medicine because too much antibiotics is bad for you. He also said he would prescribe cough syrups to help, but when we got our papers and asked the nurse, he assigned us nothing. Day 3 after the visit and our whole family is sick, vomiting, and have high fevers. Wanna tell me who's fault it is now??! Thanks to him, no one is getting better at all We were also told prior to all of that that he would be in to see us in less than 15 minutes, but it was a whole hour we were waiting, and he proceeded to tell us that he had an issue pop up. --------------------------------------------------------------- Full (12/9/2023) I thought this was an urgent care, not a 50 questions until you're helped care. The secretarys change, but they are really rude at times. They wouldn't let me see my sister, and they had us waiting for the doctor for an hour after they said he'll be in in about 10 minutes. The wait was long, but I guess not terrible. Very short staffed and they take forever to get ready. They like to rush things and they said false positives are possibilities for tests, but the would trust the test the first time. I was isolated because of a false! Try another urgent care, I guess somebody needs to teach them to do their jobs right... Update: Been here for over 4 hours just for (keep in mind, stay away from him) D. Kaup, MD to tell us "we can't treat you, it's not a good idea" and left the room when we asked him questions. He even said he would prescribe cough medicine to help, and he didn't even do that. 4 hours just for them to take our blood pressure. I hope they rot."

"The doctor was amazing 5 stars. the nurse was amazing 5 stars. But the front desk staff were beyond rude. Never in my life was I talked to like that from an employee before. They had an attitude from the second I walked in the door like I was an inconvenience to their day. They seem to really hate their jobs. And paid more attention to their phones than trying to help a patient. And it’s like this every time I go there lately. Time to find a new urgent care unfortunately."
