"I love this doctor’s office. Dr. Grundy is very caring and listens to all my concerns and questions. She explains what is going on and I feel I am in good hands. Her staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone here is always welcoming and you sure don’t have to wait long!"
"Dr. Grundy was a very nice person unfortunately not very helpful when it came to my health. I saw her for three years for the same issue with no results and I continued to hear the same visit after visit “looks good come back in however many weeks” time after time continuing to pay hundreds of dollars for a quick glance in a five to ten minute visit. Billing practices are questionable at best and the office staff was less than friendly when visiting."
"Just got off the phone with South Shore Foot and Ankle receptionist and I’m very displeased with how the front desk treated me. I called in to schedule an appointment about my foot and also to ask a few questions about the services provided. They seemed more interested in dodging my questions then answering them. And when I tried to schedule an appointment, they hung up the phone on me. I waited for a call back but heard nothing. So I called them back and had to go through the same process again only for them to hang up on me. Disappointing to say the least."
"Dr Grundy was awesome! Super nice and friendly. Easy to talk to. Very informative. She cut out an ingrown toenail for me and gave me all my options. She was quick and painless with it and very thorough. Also, idk the girl's name helping her but she was really sweet. 10/10 recommend!"
"Dr. Grundy was excellent! She saw me same day and helped ease my foot and ankle pain quickly! She was very knowledgeable and explained what she believed was going on and gave me a care plan to get me back to normal! Also wanted to mention her staff is awesome as well!
