"Really nice park. Campgrounds were nice some a bit close but ones near lake gives a beautiful view. Enjoyed our stay but a week was not long enough.Beach is really good size with a large bathhouse & store. It's very close to Santa Claus Town. Planning on staying again next year."

"It's a very basic state park, but some things stand out. The amphitheatre and history is what makes it unique, seeing as the surrounding land is where Abraham Lincoln spent his childhood. There's a nice trail that circles the lake and includes a spur to a fire tower you can climb up, which grants a view of southern Indiana. It's worth a stop if you're nearby."
