"Rude, careless, extreme favoritism, poor management. Disrespectful. No sense of customer satisfaction or employee satisfaction. Just simply a disappointment of business owners and management staff. Never been more shocked by unprofessionalism . You can call and talk to ANY Employee, CSR, manager, dispatcher, anyone, and if given the opportunity they will also immediately talk poorly of their staff and drivers and anyone else to not take responsibility or blame as the managers and owners. Purely awful."
"I am currently a Driver for Wheels. And it's been my experience that I made a good choice in coming to work here. Everyone from the managers to my fellow drivers have been nothing but friendly and professional . The office staff are all great and make you feel at home, the managers are always available to help with any questions or concerns³ They bought me a brand new pallet Jack as soon as they found out mine was not working properly, when ANYTHING on my truck has had a issue, they have it fixed immediately. So overall I think Wheels Assured is an outstanding Company that has an awsome family of employees who take care of their people and who make sure their drivers are protected by providing decent working equiptment for on time safe deliveries."
"Worst trucking company I've ever worked for. All equipment is trash. Manager tried saying I was an inexperienced driver because I wouldn't pull a trailer with no brakes or drive an illegal tractor with 0 dash instruments working. After I quit tried ripping me off what I was owed. Incompetent manager tried claiming I didn't run like 4 routes that I did. Luckily the GPS in the truck proved him otherwise."
"Very disappointed in delivery service. Even though I gave the driver specific directions to our home, he still refused to make the delivery. (Note: We live on a paved road, and our street number is clearly marked on the mailbox.)"
