Donatos Pizza

"I'm sure the pizza is good, but the wait is not. I would prefer being given a pickup time that is closer to accurate. In my opinion, 31 mins beyond 'will be ready by..' time is too long to wait in the parking lot. To drive back to the window to find the order is just sitting there and then the guy has no idea what's going on. Hands me the pizza and tells me to check my order. I will not be back to this location."

"I am a 3rd party delivery driver. I was here 1-12-24 whoever the lady manager is… she’s worthless as a human being. I’m a delivery driver(3rd party) and Donatos doesn’t have drivers I pick up a cash on delivery order and I get to the house and he has already paid, he calls and a manager wants to talk to me. I get the phone and the lady was everything you could call a disgusting human being and is talking to me like I’m her child demanding I hand over the order because he has paid. The gentleman even told me he left a decent tip for me but this nasty lady said must be a glitch in the system! So I was left with my hand out with no compensation for the money I owe my employer and no tip for driving 8 miles and using my own fuel and vehicle. I think the GM or a higher source needs to get their people in check! You’re taking from the people you’re asking for help getting rug your orders out your doors! Maybe retrain your people to figure a solution out instead of raising their voice at a grown adult like they are their kids! She can go eat a ****! ;)"

"Out of the last 3 times we have eaten here, only 1 order was on time…. Which is sad considering they were all pick up orders, I’d understand a late delivery. When I went to pick up my order today the cashier was openly coughing on other people’s orders. Would not recommend. The food is okay, nothing great."

"Placed order online. Drove by 30 minutes later to pick up. Was met with a locked door and hastily made sign saying “use drive thru” Started with 4 cars. Ended with 11. Not once did any car move. Felt like I was in a bad simulation or something. We left after waiting in line for an hour. Still don’t know if anyone ever got their pizza. We certainly didn’t. Avoid at ALL costs."

"I am old-school. I like it when I can call up a spot directly, place my order, then dip by to pick it up. So, I was surprised when I found out the number I called was a call center. But, the whole process was smoother than I thought. I made the call and stopped by on my way home from work. I was greeted when I entered, even though people were back in the kitchen, and also had to add something to my order at the last minute. They adjusted my order with no problem. I received my pizza hot, and well cooked. I don't live on the Southside, but I'd make a special trip for these guys! Well done."
