"I could never get through on the phone. I called multiple times. Never received a phone call back. I had to have someone who already goes there talk to them when they went for an appointment. I then got an email with paperwork. I submitted it. Schedule an appointment a couple months out. The day before my appointment they called and said it would be a conflict of interest and said they could reschedule for a different therapist (another couple month wait). Decided not to pursue any further. Made me nervous if that was the experience before even seeing someone."
