"Tom did an awesome job on my ablation today. He made sure I was numbed well. He was also very kind, compassionate, interactive, and made me feel very comfortable. The team in the room were so kind and compassionate as well. I would recommend them if you need an ablation. Joseph Edwards at the Marion office is who I see and he and the staff at Marion are great too."

"I went there for relief in my lower back little did I know what was about to happen.The nurse and Dr are very rude. The Dr gives you a shot for the pain gives it no time to take effect and starts jabbing you with needles. She then rudely explains the shots lasts 15 to 20 minutes and asks if your Dr explained that when I told her no she responded well I just did!then I was told I was to sit in another room for 15 to 20 minutes till shots wore off to see if they helped with the pain or not. It was not 5 minutes and someone came to get me out of there. The last words the Dr said to me was if it did not work to call because there was other things they could do so I called the next day ( knowing I will never go back there) to let them know it did not work and the nurse informed me the Dr did not say that she told me to talk to my Dr at my next appointment. There’s a big difference in those two sentences I think I know the difference! In the 5 minutes I sat in that room another lady was getting the shots bless her heart she yelled with each needle that got jabbed in her. I do not recommend anyone going there, there has to be a better place with a caring Dr with much better bedside manner."

"Been an established patient for 3 years. Got in a car accident, needed to be seen. Wanted a co payment when there is medical insurance and auto insurance coverage. Staff is not educated enough to understand double coverage. They are also rude and have no customer service. Maybe just used to people wanting pills that when someone just needs to be seen and not wanting pills they don’t know how to act. Would not recommend them ever. Doctors need to clean house and replace the office staff for sure !"

"I always feel rushed here, I feel like none of the staff from the front desk are inconsiderate and none take my pain seriously because of my age. I feel like they don’t have any solution to finding an answer to my problem or have a way to solve it- no diagnosis just want to poke and give me medication. Don’t get me started on whoever is in charge of billing insurance codes that’s a whole mess. Office is extremely rude- hate their jobs extremely lazy and hate helping people. The doctors are just as bad. Prepare to get a lawyer"

"Only had my first appointment today but I was super pleased the front desk people seemed so nice. The doctor I had ( don’t recall name) seemed to care and was like I know exactly how to fix this! .. I’ve dealt with pain for years and I mean years and I’m 23. I want to be able to bare children and with just my first appointment he gave me hope. I highly recommend them to the point after my first appointment I wanted to leave a good review!"
