"We had our first baby at Dupont this year at the end of January and I cannot recommend this amazing birth center more. The entire nursing team was incredible. They communicated everything to us so quickly and made sure we fully understood every step of the process before they performed any procedure. From the delivery team to the postpartum nurses and staff every single person we dealt with was extremely friendly, prompt, and really cared about our comfort and well-being. They even took the time to let my husband and I nerd out about how the science of the procedures worked and took extra time to let us ask tons of qeustions we were just curious about. They went above and beyond for us, and we appreciate them so much for their hard work. We will definitely use Dupont again for any future children we have!"

"Absolutely would not recommend if you’re giving birth. My whole birth experience was rushed. I had no say whatsoever. I was checked once and after I was screaming for a good two hours they finally decided to check me and there was my sons head. I’ve waited a whole year to even write this review but this place is terrible. I had an older lady as my lactation consultant and that was terrible, rushed, and uncomfortable. I was so angry that she wouldn’t just let me figure it out on my own. She just kept pushing and pushing and I just kept pushing her hands away from me and my son. You could definitely tell that I was uncomfortable with her. I’m 19 and just had a baby I’m not the type of person to be confrontational with strangers and this whole experience just made me sad. It really makes me wonder how many other young moms or moms in general have experienced the traumatic things I experienced from this hospital and their staff. My son also contracted a staph infection while being in this hospital. What we thought was milia and not a huge deal was a staph infection all over my sons stomach. If you’re giving birth soon, I would recommend going elsewhere."

Everyone we interacted with, from the techs to the nurses to the doctors, were kind and incredibly helpful. They communicated clearly with us so we knew what to expect at every step, and they went above and beyond with helpful advice and servant attitudes. When we had to return to Dupont four days later for our son to have surgery, we were so grateful to be at this hospital. All the staff were warm and comforting, going above and beyond again to make sure we had what we needed and knew what was going on. We love Dupont!"
