"The nursing staff in the emergency department is a joke. They all sat around looking at phones and computers as my wife unhooked all her leads and walked out. No one attempted to talk to her in the hour she was in the room. Ran two separate pregnancy tests because the P.A wanted to charge insurance instead of talk to my wife and learn she is not capable of being pregnancy. This place is a joke. It's staff is a joke. The people who run it is a joke. And anyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves"

"What a joke, my wife is in this hospital and I had to bring her meds from home so they could give them to her. ???? I have never heard of that before. Not only that but the hospital Dr. decided all on his own to not give her, her psychic meds that her psychologist prescribed her and just give her something over the counter. I have seen Veteran hospitals that are better than this place."

"i literally will not come back to this hospital EVER AGAIN. i went in and came out feeling the exact same… they let me go with a really high blood pressure and i pressed my nurse call button 4 times and they didn’t come at all. the only time i saw my nurse was when she was discharging me and basically told me to go to therapy! NEVER GO HERE!!!"

"If I was dying across the street from this hospital I’d ask to be taken literally anywhere else… Micah, RN was the only reason I didn’t go crazy. Dr. Wai should be ashamed of herself. 99% of my nurses should go back and learn humanity. Becky, RN And her guilt trip… trapping me in a prison for 5 days no shower. No tooth brush. Sitting in my own filth. I came in with cellulitis and Dr Wai put me on an antibiotic known to be harsh on kidneys after my surgery… the staff almost sent me into renal failure. Refused to even let me breathe fresh air while suffering anxiety attacks. 8-10 hours to update a chart. I can go on and on. It wasn’t until I called patient advocacy that I had discharge papers in 5 minutes. Weird! I went here being close proximity to home but I will drive any distance to receive better care in the future."

"I would have given zero stars but the doctor was amazing (Michael O’Daniel). They took off my husbands gold chain necklace when they did the CT scan (I had just gotten it for him for our 34th anniversary in April) and we never got it back. We called the patient services & were told they needed to investigate. Two & 1/2 weeks later we were told it was our fault because someone remembered putting it in a bag & setting it on his bed (he was on morphine & wouldn’t know, I was in the room when he returned so they could have handed it to me!) I am really sad by the lack of honesty!"
