"I was impressed with the quality of the room and the friendliness of the front desk clerks. The rooms are nicely arranged, and I liked the window coverings that completely blocked out the outside light. The light on the top of the closet added a nice touch, and the chaise lounge in the corner was so comfortable. The room had plenty of electrical outlets--something I appreciate--along with USB outlets. The room cards were completely blank--what a fantastic idea! That way if a card is lost, no one can figure out what it goes to. It made me feel safer. The desk clerks were friendly and accommodating--even after I came back to retrieve food I left in the refrigerator after I had checked out. The room was clean and nicely arranged. My bed was "just right." I would happily stay here again."
"The elevator smells like cat pee. Our room was dirty, animal hair on the couch and the shower was dirty. The breakfast was great and the pool area was clean"
"We were right by the elevator so the noise kept me up all night. Beds were comfy and the breakfast staff was very nice. Cleanest part of the hotel. Enjoyed the bed and hot tub as well!"
"2nd time staying at this hotel and the staff were very nice and professional on both occasions. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of room. Breakfast was well stocked and food was fresh. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling."
