"Absolutely horrid. Slow service, fries were cold, Bourbon Street burger came with no Bourbon Street sauce, screwed up an appetizer order, and ordered a Long Island Iced Tea that had little to no alcohol in it. And I ordered it top shelf. All on a slow day. I’ve been here usually on weekends, but after today, I’ll never go back. With the prices they charge for an order, that food better be fresh and hot. McDonald’s serves a better burger than this."

"What happened? This is my first time of having a disappointing meal here. Steak was rare not well, had 0 seasoning or flavor. Shrimp batter was falling off the shrimp it was soggy. The saute mushrooms were barley cooked . We had 6 people all of our food was warm at best. The appetizer was spot on! Service was great, drinks were great, place was clean. But...took 60 % of our food home for the dog."

"Placed an order online for carry out and I walked in and the entire staff just stared and said nothing . Stood at host stand for a couple of minutes while everyone just carried on and talked to each other or walked right on by. Went to the bar and the same thing. Finally I walked up to someone since it was clear no one was going to see if I needed any assistance or if I needed to be seated and asked how one would pick up a to go order. Very weird that there was 0 hospitality."

"Food was hot, prompt and done well. Plenty of it. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. It was not over loud or rowdy. We sat and talked for at least an hour after we finished our meal. They didn't need the table and weren't pushy. They continued to ask if we needed anything else ."
