"My truck was damaged in the parking lot by an employee with an entire rack of carts. I have called nearly every day for weeks and all I get is ringing. No one ever picks up the phone and the call ends in static as if the phones aren’t working. I did speak to a general manager months ago and have never gotten a call back. When I called Walmart corporate, they told me I have to start a claim with the manager. I cannot reach anyone at the store in any department."
"Went to develop pictures and computers are still down after a week of waiting. I also waited a very long time for anyone to help me and when asking someone with a Walmart vest for help, their excuse was, “I don’t know anything about that area and I have no walkie talk.” I would think the answer would be, “I will go find someone that can help you.”"
