"I recently brought my car for repairs during devastatingly cold weather this past January. I had to walk to pick up my car in the below zero freezing temperature. I was so cold that when the owners son told me that I also needed to pay for the credit card transaction charge, I was so cold that I just said yes. I felt so ashamed because I was duped by the owner’s son who politely offered me a donut at the same time. A tactic used by a Used car salesperson. To the consumers who are not familiar with how a credit card machine works, it is part of the business expense. The owner’s son is a con artist. For a mere $15, he takes advantage of most of his customers, I noticed that English is their second language. Sad!!"
"They are open 24 hrs/7 days. Can be really clutch when you need it. I found them to be to-the-point and efficient. The price was definitely reasonable. I would use them again. My car died in traffic on a Sunday and wouldn't restart even with a jump. Got towed here. Turned out it was just the battery, so they put a used one in. $120 for the used battery and time spent investigating. Costco batteries suck."
