"I bought 2020 ford escape se eco boost and end up having transmission problem that took almost two months to fix that based on warranty that I have.I didn’t even get car rental option for the time they kept the car. After month and half the same problem came on and they did software updates and gave me back the car after 2 days, so after I left the dealer the warning light came back on with 10 minutes.Now the kept the car about two weeks without doing anything for the same issue that I have been dealing with. I am writing this to let you all know that what have been dealing with.please think ten times before you start dealing with this company. Hopefully this would help."
"I was very pleased with the communication provided as well as the service itself. Jessica from Ford service was transparent and kept me up to date on the status of my car frequently. As someone who needs their car daily for work, the only downside was that it took two days longer than estimated for the part to come in and be installed. Overall though I had a positive experience with Ford service!"

The mechanics are some of the best there are, educated,diligent and very fast working as well.I've been here three times and they always have my car ready within the day.
