"I am deeply disappointed by the recent service experience I have encountered at this particular store location. For the past two weeks, I have been facing significant challenges in tracking the whereabouts of my package. Yesterday, after an extensive and frustrating interaction with their AI-powered customer service phone system, I was finally able to connect with a human representative. I took the time to explain the entire situation to the representative, and we reached a mutually agreed-upon resolution. It was decided that I would personally collect my package from the store location the following day. In anticipation of this, I made the effort to wake up early and visit the store. However, upon my arrival at the store, I was met with a demeanor that left much to be desired. The staff members on duty behaved as if they held an exclusive dominion over the UPS services, and they denied any connection between the customer service department and the physical store's services. This experience has not only been extremely frustrating but also raises concerns about the consistency and professionalism of the services provided by this store. I kindly request that the management address these issues promptly to ensure a smoother and more reliable service experience for customers in the future."
"Josh was incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. I had to print out a timely order for a friends wedding (the wedding shoe game) and he helped so much.
