"I used this location to ship somethings to where I was moving, including an LG monitor. I paid for extra insurance to cover the cost of the monitor. After it arrived, the box didn't show any signs of damage. So, I didn’t think to take any pictures of it. But after unpacking it and hooking it up it was clear that part of the screen had been damaged and that I would need to buy a new monitor. I tried for months to claim my insurance on the screen. But they refused to give it to me without a photo of the box. I was not informed that a photo of the box was required to claim the insurance. So, now I’m out $500. I will never use this company again and I recommend you don’t either."
"The staff is clueless, absolutely unable to work their own computer, which is an ancient early 2000’s windows XP. No photo editing software, so any picture you try to print will compress and then expand the image out of proportions. Both people working were completely inept at their job and had no idea what to do other than shrug their shoulders."
"I've used this store for a while but recently, a package that Ebay said was delivered never arrived, and the team was so, so helpful! Turns out I needed proof of the failed delivery to get a refund, which they were happy to provide."
"Such a cozy little place, but wow, they've got an impressive team of staff members! And let me tell you, these folks are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. Oh, and guess what? They even have a computer available for you to quickly print any documents you need."
