"They advertise USPS services at competitive prices. Stamps are 25% more expensive than the Post Office, when I realized it I called and inquired, I told them I will be back to return them and get my money back. When I arrived, the very unfriendly clerk insisted that I couldn't return them because stamps were cash. They could have told them over the phone to avoid a second trip to the store. DO NOT BUY STAMPS AT THE UPS STORE"

"UPDATE: Horrible Customer Service I reached out to customer service. Took two weeks to respond, after I sent 4 emails. Sent me back to USPS - the package is still showing in their location. Zero responsibility. Zero help. But they took my money to send the package. I would never send anything from this company. BEWARE! We mailed a passport renewal application from this location and they lost it. Then, they were very unhelpful in trying to track down the package with the USPS."

"We’ve come to this store location for years and we are so pleased with every visit for the last several months. Current management is great. Dante, at the front desk is wonderful! Knowledgeable, resourceful and always so pleasant to work with."

"My mom and I came to use the notary service. The notary was at lunch and the young gentleman behind the desk found a chair for my elderly mom. They asked what notary service we needed and contacted the notary person. They did not offer the real estate notary service we needed but gave me a name and number to call. All three workers were extremely helpful and kind to my mother and me."

"After waiting almost 10 minutes to get a box for an item (it took two employees to figure out how to use the tape measure) I was told it would be THIRTY dollars. For a box. Not shipping (amazon return), no taxes, a box. For a two by three foot cardboard box. Insane. It was 'explained' that I was paying for the labor to pack the single item and that the cost was 'reasonable'. Absolutely crazy. Update: Kohl's five minutes away has free packing for Amazon returns. Somehow they are able to afford the $30 per package labor costs."
