"Save your money and go somewhere else/ my golden retriever puppy came out of there smelling of cigarette smoke and I’ll have to bathe him again to get the smell off of him. I’ll add while I was waiting, one of the groomers repeatedly kept yelling at a whiny dog to shut up, like legit yelling, it was obnoxious and not helping. Lastly, there was no mention of cash or check only prior to the appt, at drop off or while I’m waiting, only until I’m ready to check out, which was very inconvenient, especially for a first time customer. Will def not be going back."

"They always take great care of my girl. My pit does not like getting her nails trimmed at all, but these people are always patient and kind with her. They could easily turn her away bc she's difficult and they are always busy, but they always get the job done and give her a treat afterwards. Sarabi is lucky to have you guys taking care of her nails. Thank you!"

"Great experience here with my dog! Called early this week to see if I can get her in for a basic tidy up, and they were so nice to accommodate us later in the week. The drop off process was quick and easy, and when I picked her up, they made sure to ask if everything looks good. Claudia took care of Kona and did a great job! Great price too at $60 for a bath, brush and trim. Will definitely come back"

"Took my dog to get his ears cleaned. Nice staff and were good with my dog. He doesn't let me clean his ears, but he let's others. Will be coming back for services in the future. Photo of him when we got home after the ear cleaning."

"********BEWARE******** If your pet has no fur and needs a bath- great groomer. For anything else Cheri is THE WORST possible cat groomer ever!!!!!!!!! Absolutely incompetent. Unprofessional. No skills- none! She charged $80 for a Persian shavedown and returned my cat looking like never before!!!!!!! Knots still in place and the booties all different shapes!!!!! I had to finish the job she wasn't able to....AND I'M NOT EVEN A PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!! SCAM. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME. TORTURE FOR THE ANIMALS. DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!"
