Amazon Fresh

"Amazon Fresh is a unique grocery shopping experience. The store is well organized, easy to find what you want. They have a very nice produce section, great fresh pizza, deli and bakery. If you have the Amazon app on your phone you can scan your in-store code as you enter the store. Then place your items directly into your bags. Scan your code again when you leave the store. And you don't have to wait for a checker. I usually shop there weekly."

"Everything is clean and organized here. Very good place to shop. The just walk out shopping thing is really convenient. Just one of the workers is kinda weird. He tried to flirt my girlfriend 3 times. Once while she's waiting for me in front of the toilet. And another 2 times when I was couple steps behind her."

"First and last time going to an Amazon Fresh. Shocking that a tech company with a normally solid app and user interface could have such a bad user interface for the brick and mortar store. Employees couldn’t help me find the promo coupons I had scanned in, and when checking out, the cashier was not helpful at all and kept insinuating I didn’t have the Amazon app, that I was using a Fresh app (it wasn’t, it was the Fresh pop up in the Amazon app). When she couldn’t or wouldn’t help me navigate the app properly she opted for a SOL approach. She had initially asked if I was a Prime member so of course I would have the app. How would I have scanned to get in the store? She was combative and when I asked her to stop trying to blame me and just get me through the process, the rest of the interaction was cold and rude. Unpleasant experience. Additionally, lots of items were not in stock. Need to check expiration dates on front items because what I selected was set to expire in a little over a month. Fished out stock in the back and the expiration date was for October."

"Amazon fresh has the best pumpkin pies around by Jess. I had gone in on Tuesday night looking for fresh pumpkin pies. A couple of employees desperately looked for some pies that we’re not gonna expire on Thanksgiving but found none Thanksgiving morning I went in and they brought out fresh spanking new pies with expiration date, that was well excepted . The employees always go way out of their way to try to find products if they’re not on the shelf, their store is clean …the floors are clean. Bathrooms are clean. The deli is clean. I give it five stars."
