"Stayed here a while back. I was drunk but had booked a room online and was trying to open my email to show the older guy with a rat tail. He saw I was visibly drunk and told me Morton Grove was 10 miles away, and I needed to book a new room and was just trying to do everything he could to have me spend more money. Eventually, I showed him my confirmation, and he gave me the room. The old guy with the rat tail is a creep and should be removed. Also, fire alarms will go off because it's a sketchy place with sketchy people."

"We didn’t stay it was filthy, it smells like filth they have hourly rates…… it’s a skeevy place.our first room They didn’t clean or wipe down anything in the room. There were mystery stains on the toilet and shower and the floors were sticky and muddy, we went to the front desk and asked for a new room and we get over there and the Screen was falling out of windows, doors and other things were just laying around outside and it was the same condition in the other room. It was absolutely disgusting we were supposed to get a refund but we did it through hotels, and the guy at the lobby told us we had to go through them even though hotels said that they have to approve the refund and they refused because they could not find bugs and that they offered us a second room and we refused. Very untrue and disgusting. This place is a scam. We weren’t even there for 10 minutes. DONT BOOK."

"STAY AWAY!!!!!! This hotel is responsible for the single worst experience I’ve ever had. Imagine checking in and finding a used condom on the floor of the room. Roaches running around everywhere. Dirty linens and a shower that I wouldn’t step inside if I was on fire and needed to extinguish the flames. I left immediately and they wouldn’t refund my money. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car instead of going anywhere near this dump."
