"Ordered online at 10:15 am being the Super Bowl figured being busy with deliveries hopefully have order by estimated time 3:30pm. Left house to pick up said order get there guy said be 10 minutes. Ok fine, 10 minutes it was more like 20 minutes not busy . Last time I picked up pizza order it was fast and quick at timely manner. Today it wasn't employees acted like they didn't care by appearance looked like they were stoned, other was on phone than working, plus rude. At one time I give praises of store location and employees did their job well done thinking of their customers. Now I don't know what to think from 4 stars to a half star."
