"I have been a Sam‘s club member a total of 15 years. I have been a member at the Quincy, IL location for 8. Everyone here is going above and beyond, even leaving a department to assist me and other consumers. I never feel ignored, or considered as a $. I have always had my questions or requests answered. My only lament is the lack of a photo department; I realize this is a corporate decision, not a personal choice of the employees. The staff members’ work ethic and attitude keep me shopping locally, rather than a nebulous website of unknown origin. Keep up the good work!"
