"I had to wait a few extra minutes for my pizza because they only had 3 people working and there was a line. Absolutely no problem, understandable in todays climate. A few customers were not happy and as I was sitting watching, the way the employees were treated by the customers was absolutely saddening. I told them as I left and I wanted to reiterate, they were doing an amazing job. All three of them were working their tails off and earned every dollar they got for their work. My food was perfectly cooked. The gentlemen at the front counter was extremely nice even after all the negative comments from other customers previously. I hope they see this. And Papa John’s, I hope you understand that these great employees are furthering your business and i would encourage doing everything in your power to retain help like this. As great employees are a rare commodity as of late."
