"Was seated right away and sat for 25 minutes while 2 waiters waited to other tables. Tried to to get one of their attentions but was ignored. HIGHLY disappointed!!"
"Placed a $61 order. Large pizza, breadsticks, wings, ranch dressing, and a pint of French. They stacked it all up, so I’m carrying it outside hoping it doesn’t fall. I gave the front desk person a 5 dollar tip and asked if it was all there, she replied yes and I left. Only to find out when I got home that the pint of French was not there. I called immediately and they told me they had it, so I drove back to the store. The manager and girls at the front desk were not empathic at the inconvenience they have caused. Would not recommend. Now I get to drive to Morton to eat Monicals from now on. It’s a shame the Pekin Monicals has went so far down hill."
"Party of 8 adults and 8 young girls (volleyball team) 5 separate checks. Seated quickly, no fuss or problems with the bills. Helped us get best deals by explaining the combos. All done excellently by 1 waitress ! Pizza, salads and cheese sticks done to perfection."
"I’ve been going to this Monical’s my whole life and very rarely have had a bad experience! This is my favourite pizza in the world. I love in Oklahoma now but whenever I’m back in Illinois I HAVE to have a Monical’s run. My go to is a family pleaser with black olives and mushrooms on my pizza. My husband got sausage, pepperoni, and jalapeños which he liked. There French dressing is my favourite!! I wish they had Monical’s here in Oklahoma but it definitely makes it a special treat when I come back home."
