"We went at 7:30pm on a Friday night. It wasn’t crowded, mildly busy. On *each station/hot table* at least 6 pans of food were empty, with no sign of any employees noticing or attempting to refill or replenish during the hour we were there. The employees were polite enough but didn’t offer to refill drinks when empty, although they came to the table to drop off our checks. Also the ice cream scoop was gross, dirty. The man at the checkout counter was very friendly, the waitresses were nice enough but not particularly attentive. The napkins were plentiful. We felt it was a very poor value for the price due to the many empty pans."
"This place 99.9% of the time is great. Food is great and the staff is great and friendly. We really like the grill you can pick out and get food cooked on. The only problems we ever had rarely are sauces not being added to our food that we picked out for the grilled food and one booth is way too close together to sit at in the left front corner (we didn't ask to switch because it was busy). Other than those minor things, it's great and my wife and I go almost every week for our special weekend dinner. Take out is a great option too if you just want to take it home."
"Good is great. Priced great. Staff is friendly, polite, and always on top of things. Food is fresh, great selection. I truly love coming here.....the ONLY reason for 4 stars is I do wish they had a bit better selection on desserts, but aside from that amazing place to eat."
"I love this place. Quality, price, selection...I do wish they had a better dessert menu. I would personally like to see more of my favorites, but how tlcan they possibly know what those are? All in all this is a great, affordable buffet. Worth the visit, family friendly, spacious, never a shortage of great food. Even the sushi bar is larger than most I've seen. If youre craving Chinese, skip panda express and come to Ming's. You'll be happy you did."
